Anamnisi, meaning 'memory' in Greek, blends the rhythmic energy of South American syncopation with the delicate nuances of Mediterranean ornaments. It evokes the memory of a dance, intertwining elements from diverse musical traditions to create a tapestry of sound that is both nostalgic and vivid. The piece reflects on the fleeting nature of moments, capturing the essence of a dance remembered.
